Claremont Preparatory School

The Claremont Preparatory School was a highly prestigious and sensitive project that involved the transformation of the 10-story historical Bank of NY building into a high-tech school with all of the amenities, including a swimming pool, theatrical stage, etc. Claremont Preparatory School opened on schedule with 5 operational school floors in only 10 months.

Sterns Warehouse Building

New Addition with Major Rehabilitation

The Sterns Warehouse Building was an electrical design built project. This 6-story building was converted from a warehouse space into 200 residential apartments including space for 15 retail stores, a restaurant, and a garage.

T-Mobile Store, Hempstead Branch

Interior Renovation

Architect: DS & H, Inc.

This was a fast-track project with a sensitive grand-opening schedule. It required a close working relationship with both the general contractor and the owner to coordinate and expedite the project to meet owner expectations. The project was completed without any unforeseen problems, and the store opened on the advertised date.

This project involved the transformation of a 60,000 square-foot warehouse into a new hospitality and entertainment space with provisions for a bar, kitchen, arcade, playroom, and major pool hall areas. This project involved close work with the client, and the company catered to the client’s electrical needs from initial concept and design to final turnover, according to his budget and time frame.
